Accessibility Statement
Last updated: June 24, 2026
Roamo is committed to making its website and services accessible to people with disabilities, in accordance with the Israeli Equal Rights for Persons with Disabilities (Service Accessibility Adjustments) Regulations, 5773-2013 and Israeli Standard 5568, which adopt the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) at Level AA, and in line with international norms including WCAG 2.1 AA.
1. Our commitment
We work to ensure that people with visual, motor, auditory, and cognitive disabilities can browse Roamo, plan trips, and use our features effectively and independently. Accessibility is an ongoing effort: we review new features against WCAG criteria and address issues as they are found.
2. What we have implemented
The Service uses semantic HTML with labeled controls and ARIA attributes; supports keyboard navigation with visible focus indicators; maintains color-contrast-aware light and dark themes; renders full right-to-left layouts for Hebrew; and respects the operating system's reduced-motion preference.
An accessibility menu is available on every page via the accessibility icon. It offers text enlargement (two levels), light/dark/system display modes, link highlighting, stopping animations, and a one-tap reset. Your choices are stored on your device only.
3. Known limitations
Some content is provided by third parties and may not be fully accessible, including embedded map tiles, the optional hotel-booking widget, and photographs sourced from external providers. AI-generated itinerary text may occasionally produce long or complex passages. We are working to reduce these limitations and welcome reports.
4. Contacting us about accessibility
If you encounter an accessibility barrier on Roamo, please email support@roamo.ai and include the page address and a description of the problem. We aim to respond within 7 business days and to fix verified barriers as quickly as practicable.
5. Updates to this statement
We update this statement as the Service and its accessibility improve. The date above reflects the most recent revision.
